This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of JQ Divine ("we", "us", "our") and our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. General Rule

You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, educational, cultural, or professional purposes in compliance with this AUP and applicable laws. You are responsible for your conduct and for any content you submit, generate, upload, or share through the Service.

2. Prohibited Content and Activities

• NSFW content: pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, or obscene material of any kind;
• Content involving minors: child sexual abuse material, grooming, or any content that sexualizes or exploits minors;
• Violence and harm: content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, suicide, or harm to any person or group;
• Hate speech: content that promotes discrimination, harassment, bullying, or threats based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics;
• Illegal activity: fraud, scams, phishing, money laundering, drug trafficking, or any other illegal activity;
• Malicious code: malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, or other harmful code;
• Infringement: content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any party;
• Personal data of others: doxxing, stalking, or sharing personal information of others without consent;
• Spam and abuse: unsolicited advertising, mass messaging, or automated abuse of the Service;
• Security bypass: attempts to bypass, disable, or interfere with security or access controls;
• Reverse engineering: scraping, reverse engineering, or automated extraction of the Service's algorithms, charting rules, or data;
• Misrepresentation: representing the Service as professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice;
• Prediction claims: presenting charting or AI report output as a guaranteed prediction of future events or as a basis for professional decisions;
• Harassment of other users: abusive, threatening, or defamatory behavior toward other users or our staff.

3. AI-Generated Content

When using AI report features, you must not:

• Submit prompts intended to generate prohibited content as listed in Section 2;
• Attempt to bypass safety filters or content moderation;
• Use the AI report output as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

4. Payment and Account Abuse

You must not:

• Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods;
• Initiate fraudulent chargebacks after receiving the service;
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free gifts, points, VIP trials, or referral rewards;
• Share your account credentials with others, or use another person's account.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate violations of this AUP. Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, we may:

• Remove or disable the offending content;
• Issue a warning;
• Suspend or terminate your account;
• Restrict your access to certain features;
• Forfeit unused balance, points, cards, or VIP status without refund;
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.

We may take any of these actions with or without prior notice.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
