JQ Divine ("we", "us", "our") operates the JQ Divine website, mobile applications,
and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how
we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use the Service.
By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: email address, password (stored as a bcrypt hash), nickname, registration country and city.
- Profile and preference data: language preference, timezone, notification settings.
- Service input data: birth date, birth time, gender, and other parameters you enter into our charting and analysis tools.
- AI report data: prompts generated from your input, and AI-generated report text, retained for a limited period only (see Section 6).
- Payment information: payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Creem. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We receive limited transaction information such as order number, amount, status, and payment method type.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, IP address, browser type, device type, and approximate region.
- Support data: messages you send through in-app customer service or email, and feedback you submit.
2. How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account;
- To provide charting, analysis, and AI-generated report features;
- To process payments, manage VIP subscriptions, balance, points, and cards;
- To send transactional emails such as email verification and password reset;
- To respond to support requests and feedback;
- To detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- To improve the Service and develop new features;
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Creem.
Your payment details are submitted directly to the payment provider and are governed by
their privacy policy and terms. We do not have access to your full card details.
4. AI Processing
When you request an AI-generated report, the relevant chart data is sent to our AI
processing provider to generate the report text. The result is returned to our servers
and stored temporarily (see Section 6). We do not use your chart data to train
third-party AI models.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and remember your
language preference. We may also use analytics to understand how the Service is used.
You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data Retention
- Account data: retained while your account is active. Deleted when you delete your account, except for anonymized financial records required for accounting and legal compliance.
- AI-generated reports: automatically deleted from our servers approximately 2 hours after creation.
- Balance and payment logs: retained in anonymized form for accounting and legal compliance, even after account deletion.
- Email verification and password reset tokens: expire automatically (24 hours for verification, 30 minutes for password reset) and are invalidated after use.
7. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
When you delete your account:
- Your personal profile, chart data, AI reports, points, cards, and customer service messages are permanently deleted;
- Your financial records (balance logs and orders) are anonymized, with your user identifier removed;
- Your email is added to a deletion blacklist to prevent re-registration with the same email;
- Deletion is irreversible. You cannot recover your account, balance, points, or cards afterwards.
8. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Payment processors such as Creem, to process payments;
- Email delivery providers (Resend) to send verification and reset emails;
- AI processing providers to generate reports you request;
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers;
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by law;
- Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or
restrict the processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing.
To exercise these rights, contact us at

10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with
personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. International Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your
country of residence. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are
in place where required by applicable law.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect
information, including password hashing (bcrypt), token-based session management,
and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely
secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the
"Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Service after changes take
effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
